Width x Length + 10% (extra @ wastage) ÷ 36 (total sqft in 1 box)

Example Calculation :
10 feet x 10 feet = 100 sqft
100 x 1.1 (10% extra @ wastage) = 110 sqft
110 ÷ 36 (total sqft in 1 box) = 3.05 (this is the quantity of boxes you need)
